Pilates Reformer Class For 5
Small -group Pilates Reformer class is limited to 5 participants, allowing for personalized instruction and support. Using the reformer’s springs and straps, you’ll build strength, improve flexibility, enhance balance, and increase core stability. Exercises are easily modified, making this class appropriate for beginners through advanced movers. All levels are welcome.
